It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC power includes TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for your convenience. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. In total, it has 4 pins on IC management. 4 pins make up the power management. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting.
