Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management.
