ADM805LARNZ Overview


There are 8 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tube model. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. Power management consists of 3 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions for your reference in this IC power. Compared to other Battery Backup Circuit products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. In a 5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. It has a total of 8 pins that are attached to IC management. 8 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1V volts. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. The power management's supply current is 100μA.
