It is mounted through 3 terminals on the power management. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. Please refer to power management for SC-70, SOT-323 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. 3 pins are present in total in this power management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~150°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
