There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 240. IC management conducts in a 5V-voltage supply. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits.
