There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. In total, the power management has 3 pins in it. Pin count of the power management is 3. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1V.
