ADM809MAKS-REEL7 Overview


There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. Please find attached SC-70, SOT-323 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 240. When a supply voltage of 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. The total number of pins on this power management is 3. 3 pins are present on the power management system. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. There is an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole from this supervisor when it is operating. There is a supply current of 60μA for the power management.
