With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount.
