ADM812MARTZ-REEL7 Overview


Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. It has a total of 4 pins that are attached to IC management. Pin count of the power management is 4. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. The supply current of the power management is 15μA. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by ADM812. A maximum supply temperature of 15μA can be used with this power management. In total, there are 1 inputs on the power management that can be monitored.
