Compared to other Battery Backup Circuit products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 240. In a 5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. In total, it has 8 pins on IC management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended.
