Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 3V~20V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. This switching controller can switch at 300kHz 600kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking for efficient switching control.
