A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.
