ADP2107ACPZ-3.3-R7 Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible.
