ADP5300ACPZ-1-R7 Overview


Using the Cut Tape (CT) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The space-saving 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Programmable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.15V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V. As a result of the 50mA 500mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required for switching regulator operation.
