ADSP-2184NBST-320 Overview


Due to its LQFP packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. High reliability is achieved using advanced packaging method Bulk. This is a DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSOR, OTHER for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 100. When the voltage supply is 1.8V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. There are 16 bits in its architecture. 80MHz is the CPU's frequency. For functions of 100 pins, please refer to the datasheets. An example of a Digital Signal Processors microprocessor can be found here. The bandwidth required to transfer data is 16b. CPU microprocessors shouldn't be used in environments above 85°C. There are 100 pins injected into the embedded microprocessor body. As a result of its Surface Mount mounting, this CPU is widely used in a wide variety of applications. 80MHz is expected to be the top frequency of the CPU. According to its datasheet, this micro processor requires 2/3.3V power supplies. In general, RAM (Random-Access Memory) is designed with a 20kB of 0MB. Users should not supply the embedded microprocessor with voltages higher than 3.6V in normalcircumstances. It is recommended that the lowest voltage be fed to the micro processor is 1.8V.
