ADV3220ACPZ-R7 Overview


The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. 2:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation.
