AH9247DNTR-G1 Overview


For protection against damage, the magnetic switch is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). In order to ensure safety, magnetic switches are packaged in 3-WDFN Exposed Pad packages. In order to function well, magnetic switches should be able to supply a maximum current of 15μA. In their operating mode, these switches can output a maximum current of 2mA. For magnetic switches to be actuated, the maximum current should be 2mA. There is a maximum current that can be supplied by these switches of 15μA. There should be 1mA current output by the switches in general. You can set the maximum operating temperature of the magnetic switches to 85°C. In order for this magnetic switch to function, the operating temperature should not fall below -40°C. As the magnetic switches function, they could supply a voltage of 3V.
