For convenience, it is packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) .The comparator has a CMOS, NMOS, Open-Drain, TTL output.This device is designed in Tube case.Electronic comparator is possible to classify the chip as General Purpose .In total, it contains 4 elements.A Through Hole mounting type is recommended.To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C .Electronic comparator has 14 pins.As a result, this comparator displays a quiescent current of 90μA .A Through Hole is provided for mounting it onto a PCB or another board.Normal operation of the device requires 90μA supply current.Current supply exceeding 90μA could cause disfunction of the compartator.Electronic comparator is possible to input a maximum of 30pA current into the device.Comparator electronics is clear from the voltage formula that the voltage gain of the part is 100dB .Comparator electronics is not recommended to operate the system at a temperature above 70°C .Comparator electronics will not be able to function at temperatures below 0°C .In the comparator, the maximum supply voltage is 12V .Comparator electronics is possible to operate this comparator wComparator electronicsh a minimum supply voltage of 3V .As a result, 4 channels work together to maintain the quality of the output.
