The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 484-BBGA Exposed Pad. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tray is used. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. The Sitara? series contains it. ARM? Cortex?-A8 processors are embedded in this CPU. A total of LPDDR, DDR2 RAM controllers are used by this CPU. With its CAN, HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces, this microprocessor will be able to serve you better. At 1.8V 3.3V, the CPU runs its I/O. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Using AM3505 will help you find variants of the cpu microprocessor. In total, there are 484 terminations. A 1.2V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. There are 16 bits in its architecture. There is 600MHz frequency set for the CPU.
