The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 484-BBGA Exposed Pad for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. This CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus widths. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. This is a member of the Sitara? series. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM? Cortex?-A8 processor. LPDDR, DDR2 RAM controllers are used by this CPU. Microprocessors with CAN, HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces are designed to serve users better. In this CPU, I/O is set to 1.8V 3.3V. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. You can search for variants of a microprocessor with AM3517. The total number of terminations is 484. Using a 1.2V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor.
