The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 491-LFBGA for convenient overseas shipping. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores per bus width on the CPU. Be aware of the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. It comes from the Sitara? series. A ARM? Cortex?-A9 processor powers this CPU. The CPU uses LPDDR2, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers. Featuring CAN, HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McASP, MMC/SD/SDIO, QSPI, SPI, SD/SDIO, UART interfaces, this microprocessor can better serve you. 1.8V 3.3V is the CPU's I/O address. It is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. Use AM4372 when searching for variants of the embedded microprocessor. To date, there have been 491 terminations. The microprocessor should be turned on and run with a voltage supply of 1.1V volts. A 32-Bit architecture is used. Please refer to the datasheets for 491 pins functions. Supply current is maximum at 1.144V. The embedded microprocessor has a clock frequency of 26MHz. 64 channels are applied to program the DMA (Direct Memory Access) process.
