AN8015SH-E1 Overview


With a 10-FSOP (0.169, 4.30mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 3.6V~34V. Workable in an dc switcher where -30°C~85°C TA is the -30°C~85°C TArm. With this switching controller, you can switch at 2kHz~500kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
