SOT-23-6 is the package in which the ac to dc converter is embedded.The ac dc converter is available in Tape & Reel (TR) case.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of this AC/DC converter.For the ac dc converter to perform at its best, it should be operated at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ °C.This AC DC converter employs SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC type.When the switching frequency reaches 65kHz , the circuit is closed.Supply voltage (Vcc/Vdd) does not need to exceed 10V~25V .There are a total of 6 terminations.In this ac/dc converter, there are 6 pins.Surface Mount is the recommended mounting method for the ac dc converters.Using a unique technique, a voltage with a maximum value of 25V can be ensured.An amount of current of 0.35A can be supplied to the ac to dc inverter.AC to DC converter can handle a maximum supply current of 2mA .We currently have 1 channels available.
