There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. There is a switching frequency of 2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Regulator 2.3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.3V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.7V. Featuring a 600mA output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility.
