AP3405SHE-7 Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 2MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.3V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.7V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 600mA output current. With its peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 700mV volts. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of 5.5V.
