AP3503FMPTR-G1 Overview


It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 340kHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.925V. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 20V volts. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 925mV. In order to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation, the maximum output current reaches 3A A. 16.2V's maximal output voltage allows adjusting voltage regulator to operate easily. A maximum voltage of 16.2V can be obtained from the regulator voltage. In order to ensure reliable performance, a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage of 18V V is required. Powered by a 1.4mA supply current, this DC-DC switching regulator works as a converter between DC and DC.
