A magnetic switch is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. 3-SSIP packages are used for safety reasons to protect magnetic switches. In order to function well, magnetic switches should be able to supply a maximum current of 4mA. To be output, magnetic switches need a maximum current of 40mA.
