A protective Tape & Reel (TR) package surrounds the magnetic switch to protect it from damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches have been packaged in SOT-23W packages. A magnetic switch with good performance can deliver 4.5mA as its maximum current. It is recommended that magnetic switches should have a maximum output current of 45mA.
