Power management is mounted through 4 terminals. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please refer to power management for TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260.
