APX811-46UG-7 Overview


A total of 4 terminals are used to mount this power management. It is packaged with Digi-Reel?. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. The supervisor is always powered by a 2.5V volt supply. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There are a total of 4 pins on power management. There are 4 pins on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1.1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. The supply current of the power management is 30μA.
