To ensure that the image sensors are protected from damage, they are packaged in 87-LBGA packages. It is recommended that the image sensor have a dynamic range of 0. A 1/1.8 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor. There's 1.26V voltage limit on image sensors. A camera's minimum voltage should be 1.14V, but it should not be less than that. In order for image sensors to function properly, the temperature must not exceed 105°C. However, these electronic parts should be hotter than -40°C.
