AS-M15KA-R Overview


An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tape & Reel (TR) in order to protect it against damage. As a safety precaution, the magnetic switches are packaged in 4-XDFN Exposed Pad packages. It is possible for these switches to supply a maximum current of 3μA. In order for the switches to function, they have 4 pins. Nominally, it can supply 3μA current when it works.
