AS-M15SAH-R Overview


For protection against damage, the magnetic switch is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). 4-VFDFN Exposed Pad packages are used for safety reasons to protect magnetic switches. These switches are capable of supplying a maximum current of 3μA. Switches are operated by 3 pins. A nominally working device can supply a constant current of 3μA.
