It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.2MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 0.65V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.5V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 850mA Switch output current. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 5V. The switching regulator operation is carried out by 6 pins. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 2.5V volts at all times.
