AS1918S-T Overview


Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. 5 pins are present on the power management system. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1.8V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 3.6V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 5.5μA.
