AS1923A-BSTT-C Overview


There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please find attached SOT-23-6 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. 6 pins are present on the power management system. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. The power management's supply current is 55μA. There are a total of 4 monitored inputs on the power management.
