AS3518-ECTS Overview


As a space saver, it comes in the 64-TFBGA package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tray. Because it is a type of Audio, it delivers high-efficiency performance in many applications. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. In addition, it is equipped with 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. The device has a 49-pin configuration. An integrated circuit is mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount. Maintain a maximum voltage of 5.5V. It is recommended that the supply voltage is maintained at 1V.
