The way of Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable for shipping the power management.It is packaged the power management in 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad for ease of transportation.Surface Mount is a universal mounting method that is easy to adapt.This power management targets at Handheld/Mobile Devices and other applications.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction.As a result, this power management is powered by 2.7V~5.5V voltage.It is equipped with a Surface Mount for mounting on a PCB or other board.
