Save board space with 16-LBGA, CSPBGA package. There are 2 outputs used for the design of this LED drivers.For mounting, it uses the Surface Mount method.In this case, the result is a DC DC Regulator with high efficiency.It is possible for the led driver ic to function normally at -30°C~85°C TA.The benefits of Camera Flash are considerable.As a result, it operates in accordance with the frequency of 4MHz.There are 16 pins on its base.Undetermined failures will occur if the voltage supply is less than 2.7V.I have mounted it by Surface Mount.The voltage of 4.4V is acceptable.The output voltage of the device is 2.8V~5.5V.When the maximum supply current is less than 1μA, this device is able to provide high efficiency.Loads can only be powered by 2.5A current.
