This package makes use of the 8-TDFN programming language.Tube external packaging.Licensed to operate in -40°C~85°C.Using the Serial EEPROM axis, it can be programmed to do whatever you want.FPGA is fed wFPGAh a voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.FPGA is limFPGAed to 256Kb bytes for the size of the data storage.Try searching "AT17LV256" for more parts.There is a voltage requirement of 3.3V for supplying it with power.8 terminations with different functions.With 3.6V as the maximum voltage, the memory device can be used.3V is the minimum voltage required to supply the device.The temperature should be kept below 260 in reflow soldering.There are 8 pins on it.Using a 3.3V power supply is recommended for best results.For better customer service, IT CAN OPERATES ON 4.75-5.25 RANGE SUPPLY VOLTAGE ALSO is added.This type of memory is called a EEPROM memory.In other words, it is suitable for applications using the Surface Mount operating system.Using the switching controller, you will be able to move the slider at a frequency of 12.5MHz.
