AT89C5130A-PUTUM Overview


For the purpose of saving space, it is available in the 32-VQFN Exposed Pad package. The way of Surface Mount is used to mount it. In the package Tray, it is included. With a processor of 80C51 cores, the device is powered. When working, the temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. The type of memory in which this program is stored is FLASH.
