For space savings, it is available in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, it is mounted using the method of Surface Mount. There is a Digi-Reel? package available for it. Devices with AVR core processors are available. During work, the temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. There is FLASH program memory in it. It has a number of 53I/Os. The AVR? 90CAN series contains this electrical component. Because the supply voltage is 5V, high efficiency can be achieved.
