The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 324-TFBGA. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tray is used. This CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus widths. Identify the operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. The SAM9M series contains it. A ARM926EJ-S processor is present in this CPU. A total of LPDDR, LPSDR, DDR2, SDR, SRAM RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor features AC97, EBI/EMI, I2C, ISI, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, SSC, UART/USART interfaces to better serve its users. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.3V.
