A total of 8 terminals are used to mount this power management. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. As with other Watchdog Circuit products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. IC management conducts in a 5V-voltage supply. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. 8 pins are on the supervisor. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage.
