ATMEGA16U4-MUR Overview


To save space, it is included in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Mounted using Surface Mount. Tape & Reel (TR) is the package that contains it. There is a AVR as core processor in this device. In order to work effectively, the temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. FLASH is the type of program memory used by it. There are 26 I/Os on the board. Based on its base part number of ATMEGA16U4, other similarly-sized components can be found. The terminals of this device are located at QUAD. It consists of 44 terminationals. Part of the AVR?
