ATMEGA324P-20MQR Overview


There is a 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package available to save space. A Surface Mount mounting method is used. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. The device has a AVR core processor. During work, the temperature should remain at -40°C~105°C TA. Memory type FLASH is used for program memory. There are 32 I/Os on the board. To find equivalent components, use its ATMEGA324P base part number. The terminals are positioned at QUAD. There are a total of 44 terminations in it. This electrical component is part of the AVR? ATmega series. As a result of the 5V supply voltage, high efficiency is possible. UPs/UCS/Peripheral ICs of this gadget are MICROCONTROLLER, RISC in order to monitor their performance.
