ATMEGA325P-20AUR Overview


For the purpose of saving space, it is available in the 64-TQFP package. This is mounted using the Surface Mount method. In the package Tape & Reel (TR), it is included. The device has a AVR core processor. Work should be performed at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA. The type of memory it uses is FLASH. A total of 54 I/Os are available on this device.
