For space savings, it is available in the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This is mounted using the Surface Mount method. It comes in the package?of a Tape & Reel (TR). There is a AVR as core processor in this device. It is important to keep the temperature at -40°C~85°C TA while working. There is FLASH program memory in it. It has a number of 23I/Os. Based on the ATMEGA88PA base part number, it can be compared with other components. QUAD is the position of its terminals on the board. It consists of 28 terminationals. AVR?
