ATMEGA8L-8MI Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient thanks to the embedded microprocessor's packaging in QFN. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC. There are 32 terminations totally. Using a 3V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor. An architecture based on 8 bits is used. 8MHz Hz is the frequency at which the CPU operates. For functions of 32 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Microcontrollers is a typical embedded microprocessor. For data transfer, there is 8b bandwidth available. Using the microprocessor in an environment above 85°C is not recommended. A total of 32 pins are injected into the CPU microprocessor's body. This CPU is widely used in a variety of applications with its Surface Mount mounting. CPU frequency should reach 8MHz. Random-Access Memory (RAM) is designed with an amount of 1kB KB. In a normal situation, users should not supply the CPU microprocessor with a voltage higher than 5.5V. The lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor should be 2.7V. Data is transferred through 23 I/O ports by CPU programs. There is 8kB memory on the CPU. CPU activity is measured by the 3 counters. There are Brown-out Detect/Reset, POR, PWM, WDT peripheral devices attached to the CPU. For I/O transfer, this CPU microprocessor has 23 programmable I/Os.
