ATSAM4S2AA-MU Overview


For the purpose of saving space, it is available in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This is mounted using the Surface Mount method. It comes in a Tray package. Device with ARM? Cortex?-M4 core processor issupported. When working, it is recommended that the temperature be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. Its type of program memory is FLASH. There are 34 I/Os on it.
